PerformanceTitle24.com was launched by Brian Olfe in 2009 to bring his energy consulting services to clients beyond his core base of design professionals in San Diego, California.
Brian is a Certified Energy Plans Examiner (CEPE) and has worked as an independent energy consultant providing Title24 reports for Architects and Contractors since 2004.
A major element of the services we provide are NSHP solar certifications required for homeowners and developers to qualify for the financial incentives for new solar projects. We look forward to completing this documentation for our clients as quickly and smoothly as possible, and have always put service to our customers first.
Welcome, we are a San Diego based business providing Energy Compliance reports for Architects, Designers, Contractors, and Homeowners throughout the state of California.
We help your Residential Projects Comply with California law using the performance method, which is more flexible than the prescriptive approach. If your project doesn’t comply as submitted, we recommend upgrades that will achieve compliance and let you choose which way to go.
We use the latest, state-approved programs to produce the reports required by building officials and inspectors. The reports show everyone that your project is in compliance and detail all the materials and systems required.
All we need from you to begin is some project information and copies of Plans, Elevations, and Sections in either .PDF or .DWG format (please include a North indication on all plans).
